Objectives and Structure
Utilizing the tools of the Michael Chekhov technique, a technique that trains the imagination and the body to fulfill its potential, this course aims to deepen and develop an understanding and familiarity of the performer’s relationship with their audience.
Physical exercises are used to release tension and open up to the playful possibilities of performance. Participants will have the opportunity to work with psychological gestures to further challenge and strengthen their performance persona, and to gain the most empowering attitude and state of mind prior to and during performance.
Please bring comfortable clothing.
